Our Texas hunting lodge has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and full bathroom (one sink and one step-in shower). This bathroom is accessible from the main living area too.

The other, larger bedroom has two queen-size beds, two large walk-in closets, and a full bathroom boasting a walk-in shower large enough for two, complete with two showerheads. Both beds are comfortable, and sheets, comforters, and pillows are provided. Off this bedroom, a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and TV can also be opened to the outside back porch, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail by the fire whether indoors or outdoors.

Centered between the two bedrooms, the living room is spacious and open to the kitchen and eating area and the large outdoor patio. This main area and patio have a beautiful view of the lake.

The lodge kitchen is equipped for cooking—double sink with garbage disposal, blender, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven with electric flat stovetop, refrigerator with bottom freezer, plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking tools. There are quite a bit of counter space, a breakfast bar, and a large walk-in pantry. Trash bags, cleaning supplies, dish towels, and paper towels are provided. You can bring your own food, or meal packages can be arranged. There is an outdoor grill.

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer with shelf space, bench seating, and hooks for hanging your gear. Laundry detergent is provided.

Another small inside area, just off the garage of the hunting lodge, is ideal for keeping any other equipment or hunting gear that needs to be inside but out of the way. The very large garage has room for two trucks or whatever hunting equipment you need to store. 

The three TVs have DISH service, which includes most popular channels, so watching a game or your favorite show is no problem. Wi-Fi is available too. There is no landline, but most cell phones have no trouble receiving a signal at the hunting lodge.
