Texas Hunting Ranch HOUSE

This expansive 9,000-square-foot ranch house, with an attached pool house, is the perfect getaway for hunters, fishermen, and outdoor enthusiasts. The ranch house offers ample space and privacy, with seven bedrooms and three living areas. The main house features five well-appointed bedrooms, including 3 king and 3 full beds. The pool house includes two additional bedrooms with 3 queen beds and a cozy living area, providing even more space for larger groups. Combined, the main and pool house can comfortably sleep 15 guests. 

The fully equipped kitchen in the main house is designed for easy meal prep, with a double sink, garbage disposal, air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You'll also find ample counter space, a large walk-in pantry, and all the necessary utensils and cookware to whip up your favorite meals. Whether you choose to bring your own food, arrange for meal catering, or enjoy chef-prepared meals, the kitchen has everything you need. Outside, the property offers a large pool with an integrated jacuzzi area, perfect for cooling off after a day of outdoor activities. Relax around the firepit in the evening, taking in the tranquil views of the lakes.

The game room offers a variety of entertainment with a large TV, pool table, shuffleboard, and a kitchenette for easy snacking. For added convenience, the ranch includes a laundry room with two washer and dryer units and a three-door garage for all your vehicles and gear. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy satellite TV with a variety of popular channels. Whether you’re here for a hunting trip, a fishing weekend, or simply to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, Blackbird Hunting & Fishing Ranch has everything to make your stay memorable.

Our Texas hunting lodge has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and full bathroom (one sink and one bath tub). This bathroom is accessible from the main living area too.

The other, larger bedroom has two queen-size beds, two large walk-in closets, and a full bathroom boasting a walk-in shower large enough for two, complete with two showerheads. Both beds are comfortable, and sheets, comforters, and pillows are provided. Off this bedroom, a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and TV can also be opened to the outside back porch, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail by the fire whether indoors or outdoors.

Centered between the two bedrooms, the living room is spacious and open to the kitchen and eating area and the large outdoor patio. This main area and patio have a beautiful view of the lake.

The lodge kitchen is equipped for cooking—double sink with garbage disposal, blender, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven with electric flat stovetop, refrigerator with bottom freezer, plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking tools. There are quite a bit of counter space, a breakfast bar, and a large walk-in pantry. Trash bags, cleaning supplies, dish towels, and paper towels are provided. You can bring your own food, or meals can be arranged. There is an outdoor grill full kitchen.

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer with shelf space, bench seating, and hooks for hanging your gear. Laundry detergent is provided.

Another small inside area, just off the garage of the hunting lodge, is ideal for keeping any other equipment or hunting gear that needs to be inside but out of the way. The very large garage has room for two trucks or whatever hunting equipment you need to store. 

The three TVs have DISH service, which includes most popular channels, so watching a game or your favorite show is no problem. Wi-Fi is available too. There is no landline, but most cell phones have no trouble receiving a signal at the hunting lodge.
